A website people can use

The Pages design uses readable text, structured headings, descriptive links and responsive layouts to support different ways of accessing information. The aim is to make services and next steps understandable on a phone, tablet or larger screen. This statement does not claim an independently certified level of accessibility.

Reading and navigation

• Use your browser’s text size or zoom controls to adjust the reading experience.
• Use the keyboard to move between links, buttons and form fields. A visible focus indicator is part of the design.
• Article contents links lead to named sections. Expandable questions use native controls.
• Wide comparison tables have their own scrollable region, so the surrounding page can remain readable.
• Original diagrams have text alternatives. Information should not depend on colour alone.

Forms and alternative contact

Form labels describe the requested information. Where a form cannot complete a request, use email, telephone or WhatsApp to continue the conversation. A submission acknowledgement and confirmed delivery to a person are different states.

Report a barrier

Tell us which page or feature was difficult to use, what you were trying to do and which device, browser or assistive technology was involved if you are comfortable sharing it. A short description is sufficient to start; do not include passwords, private records or payment details.

You can also ask for information through another available contact channel. Explain the information you need and the format that would help you. A requested adjustment or response time must be confirmed for the actual request.

Ongoing review

A responsive design or automated check does not establish that every interaction works for every person. Native forms, menus, account views, the assistant and any later additions need practical keyboard, zoom and assistive-technology review. Reports of barriers help identify which part of the experience needs attention.
